Onsite Services & Repairs
We have a mine-site compliant team & fleet of service vehicles which are fully stocked with hose fittings, air control and lubrication components such as injectors, vent valves, decco valves, spray nozzles and SMC air controls for prompt system repairs. We also have a hydraulic hose service trailer available for service days and shutdowns.
Lubrication Specialists Knowledge
Trucair have installed lubrication systems throughout the Bowen Basin and Beyond over the last 15 years and continue to service today. Some of the machines we have worked on are DL01 & DL02 at Rolleston Coal Mine both Bucyrus 2570 Draglines. DL01 at Isaac Plains Coal, SH01 relocation at Rolleston Coal, P&H 4100A Electric Rope Shovel, Lube Panel upgrades on DL3 at Newlands Coal Mine, Recommissioning the Marion 8050 at Gregory Coal Mine.
